Like all vacation rentals, we have seasonal rates, holiday rates, and special event rates.
Lake Martin MAIN Season is from Memorial Day weekend to the end of Labor Day weekend.
Also being 35 minutes from Auburn, we have special rates for events they have
We offer a couple of different ways to pay, but we also give folks the chance to pay off their bookings, and send in as many payments as you need; just have it paid in full 5 days before the arrival date, and each payment will receive an updated invoice
We love filling in gaps, please reach out to me, chances are I can do even a better price
We offer early bird discounts 10%( 3 months in advance)
Return guest 10%( please provide previous booking information)
Military 10%(with ID proof)
Last Minute Booking 10%(1-2 days prior to arrival)
Week-long booking 10%(min of 6 nights)
A maximum of 2 combined discounts can be used
Any discount must be adding in by myself, they will not show up till booking is adjusted

We collect a Cleaning fee of $130 for your stay, which goes to the cleaning crew
We also collect State tax %4 & County lodging tax %10
Discounts are giving off nightly amounts only, our cleaners get full pay of cleaning fee.
